Seminars and Industry Experts confirmed for iceBike* and Sportline ShowPosted On: February 6th, 2017
Education is as much a part of the iceBike* and Sportline Show as the brands in attendance and 2017 has a host of industry experts on hand to offer help, advice and useful insights to visitors.
As well as the range of seminars, DT Swiss is launching its new mobile service station that will be attending key races in 2017. DT Swiss’ expert technician, André Haake, will also be on hand to offer workshop staff advice on topics such as hub servicing, how to carry out a basic DT fork service and the inner workings of a ratchet freehub.
Tim Lawson, founder of Stealth, which is part of Secret-Training, is at the show to offer his extensive knowledge in the field of sports nutrition. For any businesses that would benefit from hosting an evening on nutrition for staff or customers, visitors should speak to Tim at iceBike*. As an elite masters athlete, Tim’s knowledge is unrivalled with over twenty years’ experience in developing the best sports nutrition products – make sure to pick his brains at the show.
No matter what shape or size your business is, there will be plenty to get your teeth into at the show. The morning sees a talk from Madison’s very own Shimano Tech reps on the new E8000 Shimano STEPS mountain bike components, a retail finance seminar which is a massively growing sales tool and a presentation on disc brakes from the one and only Calvin Jones at Park Tool.
An equally varied afternoon covers online marketing, E-Bike maintenance, sales and promotion events, visual merchandising and a formal introduction to the world of Shimano Service Centres. Simply pick which ones are relevant for your business and probably bring a notepad. Full list of timings and presenters below which will be the same on each day of the show:
