How is iceBike* doing tickets this year?
If you register before Tuesday 27th January for iceBike* Manchester and/or iceBike* London you will receive both an e-ticket as confirmation that you have registered to attend as well as receiving a printed ticket through the post and information leaflet, which will arrive with you a week before the show.
Please ensure you bring your printed iceBike* tickets with you for fast-track entry into iceBike* Manchester and/or iceBike* London.
If you register after Tuesday 27th January you will still receive your e-ticket as confirmation that you have registered to attend. On your arrival at iceBike* you will be checked in by a member of staff at reception and a ticket will be printed for you.
Who is eligible to attend the event?
iceBike* is open to trade account holders with Madison and Sportline as well as members of the press. Please register by selecting the appropriate choice from the menu above.
How do I book a hotel for iceBike*?
You can book any hotel that you would like to book near to the venue; we have provided a list of the hotels that are all in close proximity to the venue in our Hotels section of the site for your reference.
You can earn up to an £80 credit towards your iceBike* hotel costs. You will simply need to spend a minimum of £2,000 per month from October to the end of January, earning £20 off per month and saving £80 on your hotel costs, which we will credit back to you.
What are the show opening times each day?
On the first day of each show (Sunday 8th February and Thursday 12th February) the opening times will be from 9am – 5pm.
On the second day of each show (Monday 9th February and Friday 13th February) the opening times will be shortened from 9am – 3pm.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There is parking available at both the Manchester and London venues.
There is no parking at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester this year. Free parking is available at The National Cycling Centre. Limited parking can be found at the front of the National Cycling Centre in Car Park A – pictured below. Further parking is available at the rear of the Velodrome in Car Park B – pictured below. You can access the car parks via Gibbon Street and Stuart Street and will be sign-posted on your arrival to the National Cycling Centre.
In London there is limited parking available at the venue, which is located just off the A12 at Stratford, however there is a large multi storey car park available in close proximity to the venue; the Stratford Multi-Storey Car Park

What is the evening entertainment?
Once the show closes at 5pm, we are transforming the track centre into the lively 'Croix de Bar'.
Please note that there is only evening entertainment on Sunday 8th February in Manchester and Thursday 12th February in London.
There is no need to leave the venue, you can head straight to the bar where you will be served:
- Indian street food meets home comforts from the excellent Patel’s Pies
- Shifter, Shots, 80s Rock and 00s Pop! Bespoke, themed cocktails prepared by professional mixologists
- Good music
- Free beer, wine, prosecco and soft drinks
The bar will be open until 8pm so head over once the show closes at 5pm to continue your conversations throughout the day in a more relaxed environment.
