M Part Wheels are pleased to share the latest advancements in its in-house wheel-building facility, reflecting the brands commitment to precision engineering, use of premium components and cutting-edge technology.
Madison has invested heavily in its wheel-building operation which now has a brand-new lacing machine and three expert wheel-builders. The objective of M Part Wheels is to create high-quality products at excellent prices that appeal to all types of bike shops and the recent growth signals that the brand is delivering exactly what UK retailers need.
The brand’s latest video highlights the M Part Wheel-building process combining advanced technology with expert oversight to ensure every wheel meets the right standard with a tolerance of 0.2mm deviation. The process starts with precision machine assisted lacing, with the rims attached and initial tension applied. Each wheel is then passed through a truing robot where tolerances are fine-tuned by skilled technicians achieving the same standard of no more than 0.2mm deviation. M Part’s stringent quality control means every wheel undergoes thorough check before being hand packed in bespoke, high quality boxes for safe delivery.
M Part Wheels are built using components from leading global brands, including DT Swiss, Shimano. Mavic and Rodi to deliver exceptional durability and performance. Each wheel is built using DT Swiss Spokes and Nipples and is delivered to customers in a box. The range caters to a wide variety of riders and disciplines, including: Thru-axle mountain bike wheels, gravel, road and commute options.
This investment in machinery and expertise underscores M Part’s dedication to delivering precision-built wheels that cater to the needs of modern cyclists, ensuring every product upholds the highest standards of quality and reliability.
